Price Match Policy
We aim to offer competitive pricing for our customers and may match eligible prices from nearby, licensed cannabis retailers.
Who is eligible?
Price matching is available to customers with a VIP Perks account. You can create a free account in‑store at any VIP Cannabis location.
What proof do I need?
Show proof of the lower price at the time of purchase, such as the product listed on a competing retailer’s website or current flyer.
What products qualify?
The item must be identical to our product (same brand, size, format, and quantity) and currently in stock at the competing store.
Which stores can we match?
The competing retailer must be a licensed cannabis store in Ontario located within 5 km of the VIP Cannabis store where you are shopping.
Can I combine price matching with discounts?
Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers on the same item.
Where and when does it apply?
Price matching is available in‑store only and must be requested at the time of purchase. It does not apply to past orders.
Verification and limitations
Management may verify competitor pricing and product availability before approving a price match, and may decline a request that does not meet these conditions.
VIP Perks account details
Creating a VIP Perks account is free and optional for customers who are 19+ with valid government‑issued ID. Account holders may receive member pricing, product updates, and store promotions where permitted.
Changes to benefits and compliance
Account benefits, promotions, and pricing may change or end at any time without notice. All pricing, promotions, and account features comply with applicable Ontario cannabis laws and regulations.
