Returns & Refunds

At VIP Cannabis, we want you to shop with confidence. Because cannabis products are regulated and sensitive in nature, return eligibility depends on the type of product and its condition at the time your request is made.

Can I return my order?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible non-cannabis merchandise. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact admin@vipcannabis.ca. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Non-returnable products

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all cannabis products, opened accessories, sale items, and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at admin@vipcannabis.ca so our team can review the issue and help make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on regulated products. If an eligible non-cannabis item is approved for return, the simplest option is to complete the return process and place a new order for the replacement item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact admin@vipcannabis.ca.

Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided only after a return request has been reviewed and approved.
